With a collection of more than 28,000 floppy-eared furry creatures - real and replica - the bunny museum is a hoppening place for Easter. Normally open in the afternoons by appointment only, on Holidays - Easter included- the Pasadena residence features an Open House for all to enjoy. From 2-7 p.m. you can hop on by as Candace and Steve invite you into their home, located just down the steet from Bungalow Heaven at 1933 Jefferson Drive in Pasadena. Admission is a suggested $5 (kids 4 and under are free).

You may want to bring a bag, bunch or package of fruits and vegetables for the roaming bunnies - yes you are allowed to feed the animals - or a potted plant for the vegetable garden. While they might accept a bunny gift for display they are not interested in adopting any live rabbits that might be looking for a forever home. Also, plan to carry the little one's as strollers are not allowed in the museum.

More details can be found on their website www.thebunnymuseum.com

If you can't make it over to the bunny museum for Easter - for a limited time they also have a display at the Pasadena Central Library (285 East Walnut Street) - but don't wait too long it's only up for the month of April.
