I've always been curious about dinner delivery services so when I was offered the chance to try Gobble and tell you all about it I jumped at the opportunity.
I am a terrible cook. I would love to be the chef of the house, but I'm just not good at it. I lose track of time, overboil pasta, burn bread - you name it. So I was super excited for the detailed instructions, already prepped dinners to arrive on my doorstep.
It's baseball season at our house - which means hours of time on the ball field - usually until well past dinner-time and snack bar popcorn (no matter what my kids tell you) is not a meal. For my three meals I chose Pan-Roasted Bistro Filet, Artichoke and Ricotta Ravioli and Chicken a'La Orange - and every meal was simple, fresh and tasty! The use of 1-2 pans made the mess more than manageable and the super easy, fast and pre-prepped instructions expedited dinner.
An added bonus - I got to skip the grocery store. Not only were the meals prepped, they were delivered which meant no grocery store checkout lines for meals this week!
