Two Smoothies Packed with Protein

PB&J Smoothie
with 29 grams of protein!







Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp peanut powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (if you like chocolate   flavor)
  • ¾ Cup cold apple juice



Instructions:




1. Blend thoroughly in a blender or in a large   cup using an immersion blender.  


2. Pour into a large drinking glass or travel   mug and sip through a thick boba straw.

Acai Berry Smoothie
with 26 grams protein!






 
Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ Cup acai juice
  • 1 Cup frozen berries, such as raspberry /   strawberry / blueberry mix



Instructions:




1. Blend thoroughly in a blender or in a large   cup using an immersion blender.  


2. Pour into a large drinking glass or travel   mug and sip through a thick boba straw.
