Publisher's Note: It's Time to Think Preschool!

By Faith Mellinger, Editor/Co-Publisher February 26, 2015
As a parent what to do about our children's education and care is one of the hardest decisions we will make. We all have different childcare needs, different ideas for what would make a great school environment and different budgets to pay for it all. I get asked about preschools A LOT. What are the good one's, where do my kids go, do I know somewhere that helps with potty-training, who will help my child get ready for a rigorous kindergarten program? These are all questions we might have. Lucky for us a lot of parents have answers.

Today we are launching our preschool guide - each week we will be showing off more preschools in our guide.  This week our feature school is Montessori & Me Preschool! Do you want to be our feature school for next week?  There is still room for your preschool to be included. Email faithm@macaronikid.com for details.

This past week we also hosted an amazing Baby Brunch and invited subscribers to our Tinkerbell and the Legend of the Neverbeast Preview Party. We really enjoyed hosting our subscribers and having so much fun at The Family Room and Chirp Kids Karaoke. I encourage you to find fun activities on the MKP calendar that you, your kids,  grandparents and extended family can attend all together!

Our calendar is full of fun for everyone - from teen scene events to classes for expectant parents- be sure to tell us if there is something we have missed (or if you know of an event that was cancelled...sometimes we aren't always the first to know). And as always, please email joyces@macaronikid.com about free, local events to post on the calendar.

Enjoy!

If you are not seeing all the images click HERE and go right to the website. Thanks for reading and SHARING Pasadena Macaroni Kid. We make every effort to ensure that the events we list have the most up to date information but things change, so please call ahead. We do not personally check out each event, and a listing in the calendar does not constitute an endorsement of the event!
